It’s great to see rapid progress being made at Jefferson Valley Mall by Washingon Prime Group. We’re looking forward to seeing the culmination of this project.
“PDE is excited to be a part of the Jefferson Valley Mall redevelopment project. We first worked on the Jefferson Valley site plan as RKA during its initial development in the early 80’s,” said CEO Ken Mackiewicz. “As a Yorktown resident, it’s gratifying to be able to help revitalize this location.”
The redevelopment project has been featured in Westfair Communications, the article of which can be found below:
A new look for Jefferson Valley Mall, but more work ahead
“Owned by Columbus, Ohio-based Washington Prime Group, the [Jefferson Valley] mall is in the midst of a $40 million redevelopment project, one that began after the real estate investment trust bought the property from Simon Property Group in 2015. ‘We’re in the second phase of the redevelopment,’ said Dave Napolitan, general manager of the mall at 650 Lee Blvd. ‘I would say after this phase, the bulk of the investment has been made and the project, while it’s never over, the major expenditure of all the dollars is over.'”
