About PDE

For over fifty years, PDE has been providing roadway and highway designs for all types of projects for both the public and private sectors. PDE’s staff includes Professional Engineers (P.E.’s) licensed in numerous states as well as Certified Professional Traffic Operations Engineers (PTOE’s) that provide the knowledge and experience needed to develop the appropriate designs whether it is for a driveway to a new site, a two-lane rural roadway, a four-lane urban collector or an interstate highway. PDE’s layouts are context-sensitive, accounting for complete streets designs and traffic calming measures where appropriate.
